Thank you for registering for the Switzerland Travel Mart 2026 Winter Edition in Interlaken.

Registration fee

Table price – CHF 8'000 (excl. VAT)

• A maximum of two participants can be registered per table.
• Each participant will receive their own individual set of business appointments.
• If the table is shared with another organisation, the cost will be split (CHF 4'000 per organisation, excl. VAT).
• The price includes participation in the opening and closing events, the two-day workshop with business appointments, the destination day, the destination evening, and all food and beverage (F&B).

Additional pass – CHF 2'600 (excl. VAT)

• Includes access to the opening and closing events, the two-day workshop, the destination day, the destination evening, and F&B.
• Important: holders of an additional pass are not entitled to book any business appointments and will not have their own set of appointments.
• Only companies registered as suppliers are eligible to purchase an additional pass for extra participants.
• One additional pass per table only.

Table infrastructure & branding

Each supplier table includes the following setup:

• One table with four chairs (two for buyers, two for suppliers).
• Table display indicating the table number and featuring a maximum of two logos (one for each organisation sharing the table).

Please note:

• Banner stands, posters, or any large decorations next to the tables are not permitted.
• Small items on the table (e.g. giveaways) are permitted, but please note that space on the tables is limited.

Registration instructions

To avoid double entries, please coordinate internally with your partners/destination to clarify who will act as the table coordinator.

The table coordinator serves as the main contact person for the STM Winter Edition team and is responsible for managing the registration process for their company and any associated partners.

Using their personal registration link, the table coordinators can:

• Book tables,
• Register participants for the table(s),
• Send registered participants an e-mail granting them access to the STM Winter Edition registration area, where they can independently complete their personal profiles.

Deadlines

October 17, 2025
All tables must be booked and all participants registered. Participant profiles can still be edited after registration.

Beginning of December 2025
Pre-arranged appointments with buyers can be booked via the networking tool Grip.
